A: The price is based on buyer's specific requirements. Please provide: 1) Shop drawing / window schedule with dimensions, quantity, and type; 2) Frame color; 3) Type of glass, thickness (single, double, laminated), and glass specifications (clear, tinted, reflective, Low-E, with or without Argon).
Q: What is the standard size of your windows and doors?
A: Our products are CUSTOM MADE. We manufacture windows and doors according to the buyer's specified dimensions.
Q: What is your standard delivery lead time?
A: Typically 38 days after deposit payment and shop drawings are confirmed.
Q: What are your standard payment terms?
A: Normally, 30% - 50% of the total amount by T/T as deposit, with the balance paid before delivery. Irrevocable L/C at sight is also acceptable.
Q: What warranty is provided, and how are issues handled?
A: We offer a 7-year quality warranty covering colorfastness, non-peeling frames, and smooth operation of hardware. German hardware comes with a 10-year warranty. In case of quality issues, replacement parts will be delivered immediately via international courier.
