The standard MOQ is USD 30,000 per order. For orders below USD 30,000, an additional USD 800 fee is required to cover color adjustment and specialized packing.
Delivery takes between 28 to 45 days after deposit confirmation and approval of the final shop drawings.
Our windows come pre-assembled with glass, frame, sash, and hardware completely installed. You can directly install them into the wall opening on-site.
We provide a 10-year quality warranty, ensuring frames will not fade or peel, and hardware functions properly under normal operation. If any quality issues arise, replacement components are shipped immediately via international courier.
