Packaging & Shipping

Step 1

Wrap the window corner with hard and thick corrugated board, tightened with protection film.

Step 2

Put on iron steel pallets which can load 2.0 T goods and with about 10-15 units of doors & windows.

Step 3

All goods be fixed by steel bar with screws one by one to the iron pallets, insure the unshakable the whole pallet. Wrap the whole pallet with protection film to avoid water and dust.

Step 4

Use folk lift to load the goods into the container, insert pallet space with air bags to ensure the 100% safe transportation. Container loading process with careful inspection.

A: We can supply the complete window system (including profile, hardware, accessories, glass) as well as finished products ready for installation.

Q: How can I get an accurate quote?

A: The price is based on specific requirements. Please provide:
1) Shop drawing / window schedule to show dimensions, quantity, and type;
2) Frame color choice;
3) Type and thickness of glass (single, double, laminated, Low-E, tinted, etc.).

Q: What is your delivery time and payment terms?

A: Delivery is typically 38 days after deposit and drawing confirmation. Payment terms are normally 30% - 50% T/T deposit, with the balance paid before delivery. Irrevocable L/C at sight is also accepted.

Q: What is your warranty policy?

A: A 10-year quality warranty is provided, covering non-fading and non-peeling frames, along with proper functionality for hardware and accessories under correct operation. German hardware includes a 10-year warranty.

Q: Will the windows come with glass installed?

A: Glass is pre-installed at the factory based on window dimensions to guarantee safe transit and easy installation on site. Onsite glazing is recommended primarily for oversized units.

Q: What is spectrally selective glazing?

A: It refers to coated or tinted glazing engineered to be transparent to visible light while selectively reflecting short-wave and long-wave infrared radiation.
