Q4 Do windows arrive fully assembled with glass installed?
Yes, complete units including frames, sashes, double glazing with argon gas, and all essential hardware are fully pre-assembled in the factory. They are ready to be installed directly into your wall opening on-site.
Q5 What is the standard production and delivery lead time?
Standard delivery lead time is typically 28 to 45 days after the initial deposit is received and comprehensive shop drawings have been confirmed. Sample orders require approximately 5 to 7 working days.
Q6 What warranty is provided, and how are replacement parts handled?
A 10-year quality warranty is provided covering aluminum frames against fading or peeling, along with a 10-year warranty for high-performance German hardware mechanisms. In the unlikely event of a quality defect, replacement parts will be immediately dispatched via express international courier.
