Q5 Will we need to install the glass onsite or do your windows come pre-glazed?
Windows come complete with glass, frame, sash, and hardware pre-installed. You can install them directly into your wall openings upon delivery.
Q6 What is your warranty policy?
A 10-year quality warranty is provided, covering frame color unfading, non-peeling, and proper operation of hardware and accessories under normal use. 10-year warranty is included for German hardware. Replacements are provided via international courier for any confirmed quality issues.
