Usually, our standard minimum order value is USD $30,000 per order. For orders under USD $30,000, an additional fee of USD $800 applies to cover custom color adjustment and specialized packaging.
Q4: What is your estimated delivery time?
Delivery typically takes 38 to 45 days after the deposit is received and shop drawings are officially confirmed.
Q5: Do windows come with glass installed or do they need to be glazed on-site?
Products are shipped fully assembled with glass, frame, sash, and hardware pre-installed. You can directly install them into your wall openings upon delivery.
Q6: What is your warranty policy?
We provide a 10-year quality warranty covering frame finish retention (no fading or peeling) and smooth operation of all hardware under normal use. German hardware components also include a dedicated 10-year warranty. Replacement parts are dispatched promptly via international courier in the rare event of a quality issue.
